Manual
Tensioners
Signode pneumatic tensioners take most of the effort out of strapping large or compressible packages. They also make tensioning uniform and precise through adjustment of the air pressure regulator.
All pneumatic tensioners, except the WP-2, have unlimited strap take-up. All pneumatic tensioners are furnished with a quick-disconnect plug.
It is essential that an air filter- regulator-lubricator assembly (Part No. 424773) be installed ahead of the tool on the air line.
PN2-114
The PN-2-114 Pneumatic Tensioner is designed for ¾” to 1 ¼” Apex and Magnus steel strapping in gauges up to .044″. This versatile tool can be used on many traditional applications in the metals industry. Compared to other tools in its category, the PN-2-114 is lighter, more durable and easy to handle.
TH-114
TH-114 Tensioner is designed for 1-1/4″ Magnus steel strapping heavy duty applications.
Sealers
RCD-1435/3435 Double Reverse Notch Type Sealer
RCD-1435/3435 is a double reverse notch type sealer use with3/4″ to 1 ¼” Magnus strap. Notch type sealers cut into the seals and outer edges of the strapping turning tabs down (down notch) or up (reverse notch)
C Type Manual Sealers
C Type (1223/5823/3423) Manual sealers are regular duty sealers for front and side action with 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″ Apex and Magnus strap

AM 34/58 Manual Seal Feed Combination Tools
AM 34/58 Manual Seal Feed combination tools designed for 5/8″ to 3/4″ Apex and Magnus strap applications. Seal feed combination tools carry a stack of seals in a magazine for easy, fast loading.
SCM Manual Sealless Tools
SCM 12/58/34 Manual Sealless Tools designed for 1/2,” 5/8″ and 3/4″ Apex and Magnus strap. Sealless combination tools require no metal seals saving time and money. Production interruptions for reloading are eliminated along with purchasing, inventorying and loading of seals.
